What the contact form collects
When you send a message, we receive what you type: your name, your email, your phone number if you give it, and your message. We also keep:
- the page you started on and the site that sent you, if your browser shares it;
- the time you sent it.
We use this only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. We don’t sell it, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.
Who sees it
Your message or request is stored in the shop’s private dashboard and emailed to the people who look after it. The site’s hosting (Vercel), its database (Neon) and its email service (Resend) process it on our behalf.
What the booking request form collects
When you request a time on this site, we receive your first name, your mobile number, and your last name, email and a note if you give them, along with the barber, service, day and time of day you picked, and whether we may text you. We also keep the page you started on and the time you sent it.
We use this to confirm your appointment by text or call, and to keep a record of your visits with the shop. If you tick “OK to text”, we text only about that request; leave it unticked and the shop calls instead. We don’t sell it, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.
Booking online with Booksy
You can also book through Booksy, the separate online booking service the shop uses. When you book there, Booksy’s own privacy policy applies to what you give it.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and which buttons get used (like Book or Call), so the shop can see what’s working. It sets Google’s analytics cookies and tells Google which pages you view; it doesn’t set advertising cookies. Google’s own privacy policy applies to that data.
The map
Some pages show the shop on a map from Google Maps. When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies; Google’s privacy policy applies to that.
